Chapter 13 bankruptcy filers are some of the most motivated property owners in any market. Unlike Chapter 7, Chapter 13 involves a repayment plan — meaning the debtor is actively trying to restructure debt and often needs to liquidate property to do it. These are real conversations waiting to happen.
The filings are public. The addresses are public. The challenge has always been aggregating them, matching them to property data, and packaging them in a format an investor can actually use — fast enough to matter.

Our Coverage
We currently cover the Northern District of Texas — the federal bankruptcy court serving the DFW metroplex including Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Rockwall, Kaufman, Johnson, and surrounding counties. Every lead is matched to county appraisal district records and enriched with third-party valuation data before delivery.
Expanding Markets
DFW is our first market. We are actively evaluating Houston (Southern District of Texas) and Austin (Western District of Texas) for future expansion. Subscribers will be notified when new markets launch.
