1. Information We Collect
When you register for an account or start a trial, we collect your name, email address, and billing information processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
We also collect usage data including pages visited, leads downloaded, and session activity to improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and manage your subscription and lead access
- To send transactional emails — receipts, trial reminders, and delivery notifications
- To communicate product updates and new DFW market coverage
- To prevent fraud and maintain platform security
3. Email Communications
By creating an account you agree to receive transactional emails related to your subscription. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails (receipts, trial alerts, lead delivery) cannot be opted out of while your subscription is active.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform — including Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), and Google Workspace (email).
5. Lead Data
The property and filing data we provide is sourced from public federal court records and publicly available county assessment records. We do not claim ownership of this underlying public data. Subscriber use of lead data is governed by our Terms of Service.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for 12 months after cancellation for legal and billing purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at info@chapter13leads.com.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and is PCI-DSS compliant. We regularly review our security practices.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights contact us at info@chapter13leads.com. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
