Refund Policy

Our commitment to fair billing and how to request a refund.

4-Day Free Trial

Every Chapter13Leads subscription begins with a 4-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends and you owe nothing.

Monthly Subscriptions

If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid billing period, contact us at info@chapter13leads.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscribers who request a refund within 14 days of their annual renewal date will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of their subscription. Requests made after 14 days are not eligible for refund.

Partial Month / Downgrades

If you downgrade your plan mid-cycle, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.

Data Quality Issues

If you experience a significant and documented data delivery failure — missed weekly drops, systematic data errors — contact us within 7 days of the issue. We will investigate and issue account credits or refunds at our discretion based on the scope of the issue.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@chapter13leads.com with your account email, the issue, and your refund request. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
