1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Chapter13Leads ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Chapter13Leads provides subscribers with curated lead data derived from publicly available Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings in the DFW federal court district, enriched with publicly available property assessment and valuation data. We are a data aggregation and delivery service, not a legal service provider.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- All plans include a 4-day free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis depending on your plan.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Billing is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
4. Permitted Use
Lead data provided through the Service may be used for lawful real estate investment research, direct mail outreach to property owners, and related business purposes. You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense lead data to third parties
- Use data for harassment, unlawful discrimination, or any illegal purpose
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the platform beyond normal use
- Share account credentials with individuals outside your organization
- Use the data in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act or any applicable law
5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Lead data is sourced from public records and third-party data providers. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, Chapter13Leads makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any data provided. Equity estimates are not appraisals. Filing data reflects public court records and may not reflect subsequent legal developments. Subscribers use data at their own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
The Chapter13Leads platform, branding, software, and compiled data products are the intellectual property of Chapter13Leads LLC. The underlying public court and property records remain public domain. You may not reproduce or distribute our compiled data products without written consent.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. No refund will be issued for accounts terminated for cause.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chapter13Leads LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on lead data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email with 14 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
